01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to suka2 cuci. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and suka2 cuci ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the website, services, games, and content provided through the suka2 cuci platform at suka2cuci.win.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms set out in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered part of these Terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Suka2 cuci will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, please report it to our support team immediately as it is likely a fraudulent attempt.

04 Deposits & Payments

Suka2 cuci accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods, including local bank transfers, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other methods listed on the platform's Deposit page. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on our Deposit page and is subject to change.
• Deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and be the rightful property of the user.
• Suka2 cuci does not accept third-party deposits on behalf of members.
• All deposits are final and non-refundable except under circumstances specified by the platform.
• Suka2 cuci reserves the right to decline or hold any deposit that raises doubts about its legitimacy.

05 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your suka2 cuci account are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be fully met before a withdrawal request can be processed:

• Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed, including submission of valid identification documents.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the suka2 cuci account.
• All rollover requirements for received bonuses must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted.
• The account is not currently under suspension, investigation, or restriction for any reason.

Suka2 cuci processes approved withdrawals within the timeframe specified for the chosen payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification requirements. The platform reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawal applications deemed to require further review.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Suka2 cuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for platform members. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion, and the following general rules also apply:

• Each bonus carries a rollover (turnover) requirement that must be met before the bonus funds or any wins generated from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered recipient and cannot be transferred to another member.
• Suka2 cuci reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any bonus if the platform detects any attempt at abuse or fraud.
• Using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.
• The validity period for each bonus is as stated in its respective promotional terms.

07 Game Rules

All games offered on the suka2 cuci platform are governed by rules specific to each game. Detailed rules for each game can be found within the game interface itself. In general, the following principles apply to all games:

• All game outcomes are determined by a independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring complete fairness for every round.
• Any technical failures or disruptions to access during a gaming session will be resolved in accordance with the platform's dispute resolution policy.
• Settled game results are final unless there is clear evidence of a technical error that affected the outcome.
• Suka2 cuci reserves the right to void any bets placed during a confirmed technical disruption.
• Attempts to hack, manipulate, or interfere with game functions are strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

08 Member Conduct

Suka2 cuci members are required to maintain responsible, ethical, and respectful conduct at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any tools designed to exploit games or platform systems.
• Fraud, money laundering attempts, or any illegal activities involving the platform.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour directed at other members or suka2 cuci staff.
• Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the suka2 cuci platform.

Suka2 cuci reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, against any member found to be in violation of these conduct rules. Such action may be carried out without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

09 Account Closure

A suka2 cuci account may be closed or suspended for various reasons, including but not limited to:

• Voluntary account closure requests initiated by the member.
• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Account inactivity for a period determined by the platform.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member.
• Detection of fraud, false identity verification, or illegal activities involving the account.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all relevant requirements have been met. Funds associated with a breach of terms are subject to review and may be forfeited.

10 Liability Limits

Suka2 cuci shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Technical failures beyond the platform's control, including internet disruptions or third-party failures.
• Financial losses arising from valid game outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.

The maximum total liability of suka2 cuci to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using this platform, you agree to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Suka2 cuci also reserves the right to suspend or terminate platform operations, whether partially or fully, with reasonable notice to members. In the event of a full platform termination, suka2 cuci will endeavour to ensure all legitimate member funds are returned through an orderly and transparent process.
